Hygge Developments were tasked with the complete renovation of this distinctive and full of character 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home at La Petite Fosse, St Ouen. Working closely with the historic buildings section of the Planning Department, we created a home that retained a lot of its original 17th century features and elements of traditional craftmanship with all the requirements of modern-day living – including under-floor heating and slim-line double-glazed windows.
